He lives in a small desert suburb of Los Angeles with his wife and daughter, where he teaches writing, critical thinking, and literature. He holds a Master of Fine Arts in Fiction from UC Riverside–Palm Desert and is an avid lover of all things twisted.
John Flynn-York writes fiction, essays, and book reviews. He has edited a variety of arts and culture websites over the years, and was previously the fiction editor of The Coachella Review.
